LIZA'S AT THE PALACE...!, the Tony Winning special that was recorded live at Las Vegas' MGM Grand Hollywood Theater this past September, will air on Public Television stations beginning November 27th, 2009. LIZA'S AT THE PALACE...! will also be released on DVD in early 2010 from MPI Video.

Previously reported by BroadwayWorld.com and now confirmed by PBS, to celebrate the one year anniversary of Liza Minnelli's Tony Award-winning performance 'LIZA'S AT THE PALACE,' American Public Television (ATP) will distribute the long awaited Special in December, 2009. Minnelli's unanimously acclaimed Broadway performances were sold out for five weeks in December last year and fans around the world have been eagerly anticipating news of the broadcast.

Liza Minnelli and her Broadway co-stars, Johnny Rodgers, Cortes Alexander, Jim Caruso and Tiger Martina have found a happy home on the Billboard charts. Billboard is reporting that the cast cd has debuted at the number 3 spot on the Cast Album chart listing. The daughter of Judy Garland most recently charted in July 1996 with 'Gently,' which peaked at No. 156 on The Billboard 200.
