Live theatre is officially back and Concord Theatricals is celebrating! 'There's No Business Like Show Business' is a digital celebration that launched just last month, marking the return of live theater and all of the incredible people who help to make it happen. The celebration coincides with the 75th anniversary of Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun and its iconic showstopper 'There's No Business Like Show Business,' a song that has more resonance than ever this year.

Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston continues its 47th consecutive summer season with the hilariously entertaining Kiss Me, Kate, from July 9-19, 2015 at the Robinson Theatre (617 Lexington St. Waltham, MA, 02452). Starring Broadway couple Sarah Pfisterer as Lilli Vanessi/Kate (The Phantom of the Opera, Reagle's My Fair Lady) and Rick Hilsabeck as Fred Graham/Petruchio (Billy Elliot, Reagle's My Fair Lady), Cole Porter's hilarious musical recounts the madcap backstage and onstage antics of two feuding couples during a production of The Taming of the Shrew. Reagle will close out its summer season from August 6-16 with Wonderful Town, starring Katie Anne Clarke and Jennifer Ellis. Musical theatre and opera star, Lucy Schaufer has just released a new album 'Carpentersville,' featuring the Ruth Wallis hit, 'The Dinghy Song' from Off-Broadway's Boobs! The Musical. Extensively researching her material, Lucy contacted Boobs! The Musical original producer/choreographer Lawrence Leritz for some tips. 'I was more than happy to assist such a wonderfully talented artist. I love her rendition of the song. It's really sensational.'

Various reports have indicated the sad news that American conductor and musical theatre archivist John McGlinn passed away today, Saturday February 14th, 2009.

The complete cast for the upcoming, and highly anticipated revival starring Patti LuPone and Michael Cerveris has now been anounced. Previews begin on October 3, for a November 3, 2005 opening.
