The world premiere of comedian ANN CHUN's solo show, Asian Divorce, will open at CAVEAT NYC on JUNE 9, 2022.

The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues will return on Tuesday, October 5th, with an all new series of unforgettable performances. Eighteen actors have been paired with writers who have crafted unique pieces especially for them. From 6 PM until 10 PM, new monologues will be published every 15 minutes.  

In honor of her new book, Build Your Own Romantic Comedy author Lana Schwartz and her co-host Ilana Michelle Rubin have invited some of the funniest comedians in New York City to spend an evening celebrating all that we love (or at least like-like) about the romantic comedy genre: From the meet cute to the happy ending kiss and all of the hijinks in between. AzN PoP!, an all Asian, female, musical sketch comedy group makes their hour long debut at Joe's Pub at The Public Theater on Monday, November 20th. They recently wrapped up a successful eight month run of their twenty-five minute show, AzN PoP!: Live in Concert! at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City and Los Angeles. PBS Newshour praised their show for their biting satire with K-Pop cuteness. Their show at Joe's Pub is an extended version of this same concert.

AzN PoP! is the first group of its kind to receive a run of their show, "AzN PoP!: Live in Concert!" at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City. AzN PoP! is a comedy group comprised of Maya Deshmukh, Iliana Inocencio, Anna Suzuki, Angel Yau, and Ann Marie Yoo. All five members both wrote and star in the show. It is directed by Leslie Meisel, with choreography by Dave Mizzoni.

Poetic Theater Productions remounts Goliath by Takeo Rivera, recipient of the 2011 Planet Connections Award for Outstanding Overall Production of a New Play, tonight, May 23rd through June 3rd at the Wild Project (195 E 3rd St). Goliath is once again directed by Alex Mallory (2011 Planet Connections Award for Outstanding Direction) and features return ensemble members Samantha Cooper, Dontonio Demarco, Natalia Duong, Edgar Eguia and Monique Paige (2011 Planet Connections Award for Outstanding Ensemble) and newcomers Kenneth Heaton, Iliana Inocencio and Nabil Viñas.
