We are introduced to DIE WALKÜRE which is the second installment in DER RING DES NIBELUNGEN (The Ring of the Nibelung) better known as The Ring Cycle. The other operas in the cycle include DAS RHEINGOLD, SIEGFRIED and GÖTTERDÄMMERUNG.
