An enthusiastic professional with a rich history in Arts Management. Originally from Albion, Indiana.

Steele began the journey into arts management by leading the revitalization of Albion Community Theatre and serving as the Board President for 4 years. He then immersed himself into Fort Wayne Indiana’s vibrant performing arts scene, collaborating with prominent institutions including the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, Fort Wayne Ballet, and Fort Wayne Youth Theater. This diverse exposure laid the foundation for his significant involvement in the inaugural season at Three Rivers Music Theater as Resident Stage Manager. Steele further expanded his expertise in the field as Production Manager at Weathervane Playhouse, in Newark Ohio. He then joined Arizona Opera as Company Manager before being promoted to Associate Artistic Administrator. He now acts as Assistant Company Manager at McCarter in Princeton New Jersey.
