The Royal Albert Hall has announced the third and final Late Night Jazz series for 2023 following two sold out seasons earlier this year. The autumn schedule hosts a range of styles and genres, from Brazilian bossa nova to spiritual free jazz, and jazz classics to festive favourites.

Black Ensemble Theater Founder and CEO Jackie Taylor announces the world premiere musical The Marvelous Marvelettes directed by Black Ensemble Associate Director Rueben D. Echoles. The Marvelous Marvelettes will be presented at the BlackEnsemble Theater Cultural Center, 4450 N. Clark Street in Chicago, July 18-September 7, 2014.

Millennium Park's In the Works series concludes for the season with Staging Change, a trio of new works from Columbia College Chicago's Playwriting Program on April 19-21, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. Presented by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, in partnership with the Chicago Office of Tourism and Culture and Columbia College Chicago, the three evenings will showcase work by current and former Columbia College playwrights, directors and actors. In the Works is supported by a grant from The Boeing Company.
