Audrey Collette is from Flagstaff, Arizona. She began her dance training under Andrew Needhammer. She is a proud graduate of CalArts (May 2019). Collette has performed in works by Colin Connor, James Franco, Dimitri Chamblas, and Merce Cunningham. She has directed dance films and virtual reality content. Broadway debut in West Side Story.

Just last month, history was made at the Broadway Theater when the curtain went up on Ivo van Hove's revolutionary revival of West Side Story. The production features a whopping 33 Broadway debuts- young performers hailing everywhere from Cuba to California, and from Mexico to Massachusetts.

Tonight (tonight)'s the night! Tony Award winner Ivo van Hove's new production of West Side Story opens tonight, February 20, at the Broadway Theatre. Just last night, however, the company welcomed two very special guests- original Maria, Carol Lawrence and original Chino, Jaime Sanchez. Check out photos of the pair as they visit the cast backstage over sixty years later!

Producers Scott Rudin / Barry Diller / David Geffen announced today that the Broadway return of the Jerome Robbins / Arthur Laurents / Leonard Bernstein / Stephen Sondheim musical, West Side Story, has once again broken the all-time Broadway Theatre house record for a single week, with a gross of $1,807,025.94. In 7 performances the previous week, West Side Story broke the record (with a gross of $1,497,319) held by Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella ($1,479,889.97, established on 12/29/13, for an 8-performance week).

The new production is directed by Tony Award winner Ivo van Hove; and for the first time ever in the United States, will feature all-new choreography by the internationally acclaimed Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker. West Side Story will begin previews on December 10, 2019 and open February 6th, 2020 at the Broadway Theatre.
