In September 2025, The Dinah celebrates its final edition, marking the end of an era for the world’s largest music festival dedicated to queer women, nonbinary individuals, and their allies. Founded and produced by Mariah Hanson, the event has grown from a grassroots gathering in 1991 to a global phenomenon, showcasing numerous artists who have shaped the music scene. This farewell will feature special appearances, including Kate Moennig and Leisha Hailey from The L Word, as well as a powerful lineup celebrating the festival's legacy of community and culture. As Hanson steps away after 34 impactful years, she hopes to pass on the torch to a new generation while leaving behind a vibrant legacy of empowerment and inclusivity.
