Michael Pacas' HELL-BENT FOR LEATHER Will Premiere at Palm Springs Cultural Center
Joel Baker joins Pacas on piano for the 80-minute show blending humor, storytelling, and leather culture
Palm Springs-based performer Michael Pacas will premiere HELL-BENT FOR LEATHER, a new live cabaret show, for two performances on May 14 and 21 at the Palm Springs Cultural Center (Theatre 2).
With Joel Baker on piano, HELL-BENT FOR LEATHER is a music-driven cabaret blending sharp humor, personal storytelling, and a distinctly leather-forward sensibility.
The evening moves through a range of material-from playful and provocative to unexpectedly introspective-anchored by Pacas's signature mix of theatricality and direct audience connection.
Designed as an 80-minute continuous experience, the show avoids traditional cabaret structure in favor of a more fluid progression of songs and spoken moments, creating a cohesive and immersive performance.
