Winter Park Playhouse Announces 2018-19 Series Of Professional Musicals!

The Winter Park Playhouse, Central Florida's professional musical theatre, announces their 2018-2019 Mainstage Series of musical productions!

Current annual ?6-show Series ?subscription renewals ?begin January 26, 2018?,? new annual 6-show Series subscriptions begin February 20, 2018 and "You Pick Three" mini-subscriptions ?and? single tickets go on sale March 20, 2018.

The Winter Park Playhouse, will offer annual series subscribers a discount off of the established price with a 6-Show Annual Series Subscription priced at only $220 for ?evenings?, $205 for senior? evenings? ?(?62 years and older?)? and $180 for matinees.
A "You Pick 3" Series is priced at $123 for evenings, $114 for Senior? evenings? (62 years and older?)? and $99 for matinees. Individually priced tickets run from $15 to $42.
In an ongoing effort to serve the community, accommodate demand and make their popular musicals accessible, The Playhouse will offer two preview shows -one evening and one matinee prior to opening night- at a reduced $20 per ticket price for all seats.

An audience favorite from last year's 1st Annual Florida Festival of New Musicals,Gigolo uses Cole Porter songs to tell the tale of a handsome playboy and his relationships with four beautiful women. Inspired by the life of Porfirio Rubirose, this musical revue features 25 Cole Porter classics including "It's De-Lovely," "You're the Top," "Let's Do It" and many more!

I LOVE A PIANO

This glorious musical looks at America through the perceptive and hopeful eyes of the legendary Irving Berlin! It follows the journey of a piano from its first days in Tin Pan Alley to the 1950's. The story comes to life with over 60 of Berlin's most beloved songs including "Blue Skies," "There's No Business Like Show Business," "Cheek To Cheek" and "God Bless America."

WINTER WONDERETTES

The well-loved Wonderettes are back and better than ever! This whimsical musical comedy finds the 4-girl singing group entertaining at the annual Harper's Hardware Holiday Party. When Santa goes missing, they use their charm, talent and creative ingenuity to save the day! Featuring fabulous 60's versions of holiday classics including "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town," "Jingle Bell Rock" and "Winter Wonderland!"
