King Center Announces Summer Musical Theatre Project 2018 Image

The King Center for the Performing Arts of Eastern Florida State College and The Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse are proud to present three Summer Musical Theatre Projects this summer. New this year! Due to the popularity of our Kids Club, we have added an additional session this year. A two-week children's choir theatre camp! Students selected for the choir will support the main stage performance of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" performed by older students from our five-week intensive program. Students between the ages of 9 through 12 can apply to come to one or both Kids Club sessions.

All levels of ability are encouraged to audition, whether beginning or advanced. Student musicians are also invited to audition for "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and will be featured as part of the orchestra alongside professional musicians. This is your chance to bring your appetite and desire to participate in a program that will develop your musical theatre arts and new skills learned from this collaborative project.
