Forever Plaid quartet is coming to Bay Street Players historic State Theatre, November 16 through December 9, to croon their swinging harmonic renditions of musical hits from the '50's and '60's. Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings was written by Stuart Ross and directed by David Clevinger.

The Plaid quartet members, Jacob Baltunis, Ethan Earls, Michael Kanago and Scott Kerill have been working with Musical Director Beau Mahurin to bring the audience beloved Christmas standards. Amanda Warren has provided lively choreography and Katelyn Long makes an appearance as the Plaid Girl Friday.

Sprinkled among the musical offerings are audience favorites like a riotous three minute and eleven second version of The Ed Sullivan Show, featuring The Rockettes, the Chipmunks and the Vienna Boys Choir! Stuffed with such standards as "Mr. Santa," "Let It Snow" and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," Plaid Tidings is one holiday treat that is truly heaven sent.

Plaid Tidings opens Friday, November 16 with the following performance schedule:
8:00pm - November 16, 17, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30 / December 1, 5, 6, 7
2:00pm - November 18, 24, 25 / December 2, 8, 9

Patrons attending the opening night production on November 16 are invited to a complimentary reception with the cast following the performance at Olivia's Coffeehouse & Bistro.
