A hungry man breaks into a house looking for food and recognizes a lamp which supposedly brings good luck when lighted. A boy befriends the man, who leaves on the approach of the head of the house - a strict lady, the boy's aunt. The boy agrees to light the lamp after his aunt has gone, as a signal for the man to return. The boys sister has also agreed to use the same signal to let her lover know her aunt - who disapproves of the match - has left the house. The aunt herself lights the lamp to signal her neighbor for tea. Ensuing complications are fast, furious, and unexpected!The production stars a dynamic cast of local talent and includes Aaron Bates, David Patterson, Dana Billingsley, Allison Sugimoto, Carol McDonald, and Matthew Moreillon.3rd Acts theater is located in the Shoppes at Northpark (entrance near our bar partners Hacienda Tacos), N.W. 122nd and N.
