DUSK: IMPROVISED TWEEN EROTICA, a touring Off-off-Broadway show will play at The Tank (354 W 45th St, between 8th and 9th Ave) on July 9, 10, and 11 at 7:30pm. Tickets will cost $10.

Examining the tension and wild popularity of the strangely chaste bodice-ripping series Twilight, DUSK: IMPROVISED TWEEN EROTICA, a show by and for adults, lets audiences luxuriate in the rich, guilty pleasure of vampires, werewolves, and deeply conflicted adolescent sexuality. Put another way, it's all the comedy that's missing from Twilight!

Each show will be completely different as suggestions from the audience inspire an entirely new tween vampire story every night.

Fresh off their Chicago Improv Festival appearance and sell-out houses with standing ovations in their native Austin, TX, the Dusk cast is set to deliver Twilight fans the second punch of a knockout combination, the weekend after the latest film Eclipse hits theatres. Dusk is directed by Shana Merlin and produced by Gnap! Theater Projects in association with Merlin Works.
