Lyric Theatre Hosts Auditions For XANADU And SPRING AWAKENING 9/26

Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma is holding auditions on September 26 and 27 to cast roles for the spring 2012 Season shows, Xanadu and Spring Awakening.

Open auditions will be held on September 26 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm with call backs on September 27. Auditions will take place at the Lyric Production Center at 1801 NW 16th Street, Oklahoma City.

Appointments will be taken starting September 1st. For both Spring Awakening and Xanadu, please prepare 16 bars of your best up-tempo song.

Xanadu, directed by Alan Muraoka, will start rehearsals on January 9 and will be performing at Lyric's Plaza Theatre from January 25 through February 11. Spring Awakening, directed by Lyric's Artistic Director, Michael Baron, will start rehearsals on March 12 and will be performing at the Plaza Theatre from March 28 through April 14.
