This is a 30-minute solo piece about a woman standing inside the most devastating loss and slowly finding her way back toward life. But before she becomes “the woman,” she is something far older — a consciousness waking up in the dark, a creator shaping the first spark of existence, the one who begins the game of life and then steps into it, choosing to forget who she truly is. The play moves between this ancient, interior realm and the fragile human world — the quiet space where grief and meaning wrestle with each other… and where a small kind of rebirth begins. Through loss, she discovers a tiny door back to herself. It doesn’t erase the pain or resolve her grief, but it opens a place inside her body where she can finally feel something beyond sorrow — a pulse of recognition, a memory of the truth she once carried. The piece doesn’t offer answers or try to fix what cannot be fixed. Instead, it creates a space for audiences to sit inside their own memories and reflections, and to feel a sense of shared humanity — and maybe a small shift — in the process.
