Manny Cruz is a singer, songwriter and producer of tropical music. In his short career, he has already been recognized with 7 Sovereign Awards (the highest award in the Dominican Republic), and 4 Latin Grammy nominations, one of them for writing with his brother Daniel Santacruz "Deja Vu," a song performed by Prince Royce and Shakira which also earned him a Billboard Music Award as "Best Tropical Song" and two Latin American Music Awards as "Song of the Year" and "Tropical Song".
