After 15 years at The Town Hall, Scott Siegel's critically acclaimed BROADWAY UNPLUGGED concert event is moving to a new address for its 16th season: Merkin Concert Hall. Other than the venue, however, Broadway Unplugged will remain unchanged: it will offer Broadway's greatest voices singing famous Broadway show tunes the way they used to be done before Broadway shows were miked: UNPLUGGED.

Thrill to the sound of the pure human voice the way it was heard during Broadway's Golden Age. Today, such an opportunity is a rare and beautiful thing! Praised by the NY Times, The Daily News, The Huffington Post, Broadwayworld.com, Theatermania.com, and countless others, Broadway Unplugged returns alive, afresh, and soaring this Fall at Merkin Hall!

The show's creator, writer and host, Scott Siegel, said in a statement: 'This is the first announcement of the new venue and tickets are being offered right now only by mail order. If you purchase your tickets early, you receive two major perks: you will get the best seats in the house, plus (because your early purchases help to pay for the show) you will be listed in the program as a PRODUCER. If you sweeten your check with a little extra (how much is up to you), you will be listed as an EXECUTIVE PRODUCER."

The Cast will be announced soon, but here is a partial list of those who have performed in BROADWAY UNPLUGGED in the past: Sutton Foster, Cheyenne Jackson, Norm Lewis, Emily Skinner, Alice Ripley, Marc Kudisch, Tonya Pinkins, Michael Cerveris, Stephanie J. Block, Beth Leavel, Chuck Cooper, Liz Callaway, etc.

The Concert will be approximately 90 Minutes, No Intermission. Tickets prices are: $100 for the orchestra, $75 for the balcony. The best 200 seats: center section, seats closest to the stage, and the aisle seats will be held for mail order tickets. There are no handling fees or any other expenses associated with these mail order tickets.

Tickets may be purchased by writing a check made out to:

If you are giving a gift over and above the price of the tickets, please differentiate how many tickets you would like and the size of your gift -- and thank you, in advance!).
Tickets will be mailed in late October/early November.
