Photo Flash: Titan's RICHARD III Celebrates Opening Night
Queens-based Titan Theatre Company kicked off the first production of its 2017/18 season with the opening of its highly anticipated RICHARD III. The production, which stars Titan Company Member Lloyd Mulvey in the title role will run through October 29th at the Queens Theatre, the borough's premier performing arts venue, located in beautiful Flushing Meadows Park. "Opening weekend has been a smashing success," said Artistic Director Lenny Banovez. "Audiences have been joining us at Queens Theatre, in beautiful Flushing Meadows Park, to help us celebrate a wonderful production and the opening of an amazing season. Audiences have been moved to their feet following the final black out and we've been fielding nothing but raves and praise for the show."
The production also stars Michelle Duffy (Broadway LEAP OF FAITH, Off-Broadway HEATHERS) as The Duchess of York and Joseph Jefferson Award Winner Angela Iannone as Queen Margaret. The cast also includes Titan Company Members Tristan Colton, Laura Frye, Marcus Denard Johnson, Brad Makarowski, Michael Selkirk, and Guest Artists Michael Thatcher (Public Theater, Utah Shakespeare), Kevin Stanfa, Braden Spear, Andrew Garrett, R. Scott Williams, Maggie Wetzel, Adham Haddara, Quinn Theobald, and Moore Theobald. Samantha Burkard, Silas Wade, Lindsay Nance, Analiese Puzon, Jake Lesh and Molly Thomas understudy.
