In the tradition of Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid, comes this hilarious new film noir spoof/parody Murder Wrapped In Plastic, recently performed at The Peoples Improv Theater.

Set against a Bogart-esque backdrop, this play follows the classic whodunnit formula and all the noir tropes you would hope to find in a successful parody.

Nicholas Thomas plays the hard nosed, street smart private detective Dick who is approached by the plays femme fatale, The Dame, played to perfection by Fiona Georgiadi, to find her missing brother last scene working for the shady Mr Big.

Nicholas Thomas is a force to be reckoned with in his portrayal of Dick, bringing a toughness and intellect that makes this character shine. The chemistry between Mr Thomas and Ms Georgiadi is electric and sparks fly between the pair when on stage together, we can only hope to see them share the stage again in the future.

This was the third run of the Murder Wrapped In Plastic, after its original debut at This Theatre in 2016.
