Jenna Leigh Green, Josh Tolle and Jen Eden Complete Casting of BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL
Jennifer Leigh Green (Broadway's Wicked, Bare, TV's Sabrina the Teenage Witch) and Josh Tolle (NYMF's Searching for Romeo) will join Broadway and Off-Broadway talent in BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL, a two night-concert to bring you more songs from movies that should never be musicals. The evenings will be hosted by Jen Eden.
The rest of the cast includes Russell Fischer (Broadway's Jersey Boys), Mike Backes (Jersey Boys Las Vegas, Rock of Ages Nat'l Tour), Vanessa Dunleavy, Anthony Festa, Morgan Paige Fluss, Olivia Lombardi (Signature Theatre's A Little Princess), Zak Risinger, and Eric R. Williams.
Tickets for the concerts are on sale now and cost $20 in advance and $25 at the door. They can be purchased at http://broadwaysepicfail.brownpapertickets.com.
BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL is an evening of songs from movies that should never become musicals as written by the best in the business. The evening features numbers from Sixth Sense: A Musical Horror, The Breakfast Club: A Teenage Musical, Supersize ME: The Musical, Mommie Dearest: The Epic Joan Crawford Musical, The King's Speech: A Royal Musical, Snakes on A Plane, Boogie Nights: A New Musical of Epic Proportions, and many more.
BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL's return engagement is set for September 7th at 6pm & September 8th at 9:30pm at Sophie's NYC (318 West 53rd Street).
Each song in BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL is written by a different composer and/or lyricist. They include Bill Russell (Side Show) & Joe Zellnik (Yank!), Rob Rokicki (Theatreworks/USA's The Lightning Thief), Chris Anselmo (NYMF's Fable), Drew Overcash, Dave Madore, Rebekah M. Allen (We Are The Tigers), Nadav Wiesel, Tim Sulka & Debra Barsha, Michael Murray & Chris Grace, Michael Cooper (Sunfish), Paul Rigano & Mark-Eugene Garcia, Eric Svejcar, Brian Feinstein & Stephen Tyler Davis, James Horan, and Britt Bonney.
BROADWAY'S EPIC FAIL was conceived and created by Marc Eardley, who will direct the concerts.
