Ensemble Studio Theatre will present ASKING FOR TROUBLE, a fundraiser featuring twenty Youngblood playwrights and more than one hundred artists performing new short plays written in one week. The early-career playwrights of Youngblood have just ONE WEEK to write a never-before-seen play, custom-built for actors and directors they pulled from a hat.
ASKING FOR TROUBLE is a fundraiser that supports the Youngblood program and Ensemble Studio Theatre's year-round play development work. On average, we develop a new play every three days-your support brings that number up, up, up!
ASKING FOR TROUBLE is happening twice-Saturday and Sunday, October 10 and 11. Each performance has four parts, each part has five plays-you can buy tickets for just one, all four, or anything in between. They're using PAY-WHAT-YOU-WANT pricing starting at just $20 a ticket, so make as large a contribution as you like. Buy early, buy often, help EST do our vital work!

Performances will take place on October 10 and 11 at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. each day at Ensemble Studio Theatre, located at 545 W. 52nd St. in New York City. Pay-what-you-want tickets start at $20, with all proceeds supporting new work in development at EST.
