The good old days weren't always good, but when they were, they were magic, as seen in Danny, a comedy with drama buried six feet under. Written and directed by Andrew Rothkin, this tale about the need to put the past into perspective will be formally unearthed by White Rabbit Theatre starting June 3rd as part of the 2nd Annual Planet Connections Theater Festivity, and be performed at the Green Room Theatre, part of the Theatres at 45 Bleecker Street.

Every 26th of April, five old college friends, actors and artists all, meet to reconnect and reminisce at the graveside of their friend Danny, widely believed to have been the most talented of the bunch. While sharing a picnic lunch, the group swaps stories about their deceased comrade and recall bygone days when anything seemed possible. Things change this year when one of the five brings his new boyfriend to the ceremony, an act some see as an unwelcome intrusion. As the group is forced to admit they're not the young dreamers they once were, old wounds are opened and issues long ignored are finally faced.

The cast of Danny features James Pravasilis, Amada Anderson, James Kaliardos, Charle Webb, Jason Barker and Marc Graiser.
