Empty Night at Zeiders American Dream Theater (The Z, Studio)

Empty Night is a new play written and directed by Abhisek Bhattacharya, presented by Hattimatim-Team at the Z Fringe Festival in Virginia Beach. The play portrays the effects of climate change on animal-human interaction, following an injured thief and a wounded Bengal tiger who meet near a politician's house as hunters celebrate a successful hunt. The story explores how the construction of a dam destroys a forest and farmland, disrupting the lives of a farmer turned thief and a tigress caring for her cubs. The cast features Didhiti Mukherjee as the Tigress and Abhisek Bhattacharya as the Thief.
