Wolfbane Productions to Present EVIL DEAD: THE MUSICAL!

Wolfbane Productions, the professional, nonprofit theatre company based out of Appomattox, VA, in collaboration with the Williams Collision Center, is thrilled to announce the return of Evil Dead: the Musical! Back by popular demand, this campy parody will be performed outside at the Wolf Performing Arts Center (the Wolf PAC) for three nights only, June 16, 17, and 18 at 8PM! Grab your poncho, because the audience blood-splatter zone will be bigger and bloodier than ever!

Based on Sam Raimi's cult classic trilogy, and inspiration for the popular Starz hit new series Ash vs the Evil Dead, Evil Dead: the Musical follows five college students as they head into the woods for spring break. Their plans are soon interrupted when they discover the Book of the Dead and accidently conjure the forces of evil! And of course, hilarity (and musical numbers) ensue.

This award-winning cast is back! Straight from New York City, actors Jonathan Grunert and Marian van Noppen will be reprising their roles as our hero 'Ash' and heroine 'Annie,' with Wolfbane favorite Hubbard Farr returning as 'Scotty.' Also reprising their roles are Logan Troyer as 'Linda,' Christine Yepsen as 'Cheryl,' and James Vesey-Potter as 'Good Ol' Reliable Jake.' Rounding out the cast is NYC actor and Wolfbane's newest company member, Ken Arpino (from the Broadway tours of Mamma Mia!, Legally Blonde, and Hairspray), making his Evil Dead debut as 'Ed.'
