Wolf Trap Elects New Members to its Foundation Board of Directors

The Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts announced nine new members who have been elected to serve on its 2012-2013 Foundation Board of Directors. Mr. John C. Lee, IV, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Lee Technologies will replace Gary H. Tabach as the Foundation Board Chairman. Tabach served as chairman for two years. Gil Guarino, Executive Vice President at CACI has been elected to serve as Vice Chairman/Secretary of the Foundation Board.

Newly elected members of the Wolf Trap Foundation Board of Directors include:

  • W. Clark Bunting, President, Discovery Channel, Silver Spring, MD
  • Teresa Carlson, Vice President, Global Public Sector, Amazon and Amazon Web Services, Herndon, VA
  • Daniel A. D’Aniello, Founding Partner and Managing Director, The Carlyle Group, Washington, DC
  • Vincent L. Ferraro, Southeast Regional Tax Managing Partner, Deloitte Tax LLP, McLean, VA
  • Denise Grant, Managing Director, Russell Reynolds Associates, Washington, DC
  • Broderick D. Johnson, Partner, The Collins|Johnson Group, Washington, DC
  • Dirk Kempthorne, President and CEO, American Council of Life Insurers, Washington, DC
  • B. Francis Saul, III, President, Saul Centers, Inc., Bethesda, MD

The Foundation Board also elected new members to its Wolf Trap Associates Board of Directors. Peter Lauria of Baker Tilly will serve as Chairman of the Associates Board, with Lesley D. Turner of the American Diabetes Association as Vice Chairman. Both Lauria and Turner will also serve as ex-officio members of the Foundation Board. Other newly elected Associates Board members include:

  • Mr. Robert Van Hoecke, Principal, Regulatory Economics Group, LLC

Wolf Trap’s emeriti directors are Earle C. Williams, and the Honorable Norman Y. Mineta. Additional officers are Ann McPherson McKee, Senior Vice President, Performing Arts and Education, Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts; Beth C. Brummel, Vice President for External Affairs, Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts; and Stephen D. Kahn, Esq., General Counsel.

About The Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts 
The Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded by Catherine Filene Shouse (1896-1994), produces and presents a full range of performance and education programs in the Greater Washington area, as well as nationally and internationally.
