Virginia Stage Company Adds New Spring Break Camps

Virginia Stage Company (VSC) will offer a new series of theater camps for grades 4-8 to be held during spring break. Two sessions of camps will be offered from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with extended care available March 2nd - 6th and April 6th - 10th.

Campers will spend a week working alongside theater professionals and our resident teaching artists to explore acting, singing, and dance skills while rehearsing for a production that they will perform for family and friends at the end of the week. Campers will contribute to the creation of the set, props, and costuming for the performance while also enjoying some classic camp games and craft activities. No experience necessary. Daily activities will include stage make-up, improv, Shakespeare and stage combat.
