Possum Point Players Affiliate to hold auditions for Shakespeare’s ‘Twelfth Night’July 14, 15
Possum Point Players New Faces of Shakespeare has scheduled auditions for “Twelfth Night, or What You Will” for Monday, July 14, and Tuesday, July15, at 7 p.m. at Possum Hall, 441 Old Laurel Road, Georgetown. Michael J. Murnin is director, and production dates are Oct. 17, 18 and 19. Those unable to attend either night of auditions may make an appointment with the director at
mjmurnin@aol.com. Those auditioning should come prepared with a two to five minute memorized speech or cutting from any Shakespeare play. All are required to submit a resume and picture (snap shot or selfie is fine). Call backs will be held on July 30, 7 p.m., in Possum Hall. Actors will also be asked to read from “Twelfth Night.” A read-through will be held in August at a date to be announced. Evening rehearsals will start Tuesday, September 2, and the rehearsal schedule will be determined by the schedules of the cast members.
