SOUTH PACIFIC - Pickerington Community Theatre Non Equity Auditions

This is Pickerington Community Theatre's annual big-stage summer production.
Auditions dates are Friday, April 22 — 6:30 to 9:30pm, and Saturday, April 23 — 2 to 6pm. Callbacks, if necessary, will be held Sunday, April 24 from 2pm to 4pm.

All auditions will be held at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 268 Hill Road N. in Pickerington. Show dates July 8,9,10,15,16,17 at the Heritage Theatre in Pickerington.

The audition has some very simple steps:
1) You will be asked to fill out an audition form (it is available at www.pctshows.com if you wish to fill it out ahead of time and bring it with you). You may attach a resume and picture if you wish (it is not required). Please bring a calendar that includes conflicts.
2) You will have your picture taken and a number will be assigned to you.
3) Please prepare 32 bars of a classical musical theatre piece (Rodgers & Hammerstein, Bernstein, Styne, etc). Please have your music clearly marked. An accompanist will be provided. CD accompaniment is also fine. There will also be a short dance/movement audition for those auditioning for roles that involve some dancing. Please bring appropriate footwear.
4) If seeking a speaking role, please be prepared to stay for cold readings from the script with other auditioners. A list of characters is on the website www.pctshows.com.
