Come and audition for the Reedy Point Players, 2015 One Act Festival! Featuring directors are Gail Wagner and Ruth K. Brown! Roles for various ages. All roles are non-paid, only non-equity actors.

Auditions will be held at the Delaware City Library, 250 Fifth Street, Delaware City, DE 19706. Performances will be on February 27, 28, and March 1

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A. P. BENCH

Plot: This is a family friendly fantasy about the scenarios that might occur around any given park bench in any given park anywhere around the world; scenarios include talking crows, a homeless woman, a jogger, two lovers, and a fisherman (or is he?)...oh, and let's not forget the spirit of A.P. Bench him/herself!!

PLOT: An emotional exploration of what lies behind the facades we show the world, Find Me weaves together the revelations of six characters struggling with life-changing events. A victim of abuse learns a lesson that puts the power in her hands, a young woman confronts her overwhelming fears, a mother knows the truth and isn’t going to be silent anymore, a young man reacts forcefully when faced with his sister’s mortality, a technology-challenged woman discovers where the faulty equipment really is, and a recently-dumped guy longs for what he’s never had. At times laugh-out-loud funny and heartbreakingly dramatic, this searing one-act takes us on an unflinching journey to the truth.
