At this time, we are seeking 7 strong actors who sing and move well. We are looking for storytellers with vivid imagination and willingness to play. This is an ensemble piece; everyone is featured, and all but Poe play multiple roles. Comfortability with verse is helpful, but not required.
We are also looking for actors to take part in our interactive pre-show.
Please prepare 32 bars that demonstrate musicality and storytelling.
Nevermore will be presented on October 20, 21 & 22 in the sanctuary of the Staten Island Unitarian Church.
We will have a read/listen through on September 10th @ 6pm
Rehearsals will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting September 11th.
Must be available tech week (October 16 - 19).
Produced by special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc.
