WHAT: Free Teen Theater Program Auditions “Hairspray, Jr.” (Ages 12-19)

WHEN: September 1 & 2, 2015; 4:00-7:00pm

WHERE: Center for Performing Arts Bonita Springs, 10150 Bonita Beach Road,

COST: Free Youth Theater Program

Ages 12 to 19 are encouraged to audition

For the audition all actors should be prepared to sing, dance and act. You must bring in 16 bars of a prepared song, CD accompaniment is allowed without lyrics, or you can sing without music. Nothing complicated or fancy is necessary; Happy Birthday will do just fine for a song. We just need to hear you sing. Please don’t be intimidated. Everyone is welcome to audition. Then you will be paired up with other actors and asked to read from the script. No advance monologue preparation is required. Come dressed to move and dance, no flip-flops or sandals, dresses or skirts.

Rehearsals will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5-7pm (September 9, 2015-January 28, 2016)

Shows January 29th, 30 and 31, 2016.
