La Nuit Comedy Theater Offers Summer Camp For Kids

La Nuit Comedy Theater is excited to announce that they will now be offering Summer Acting Camp for Kids. According to theater manager, Julie Faust, La Nuit's new summer programs will be a great, fun place for New Orleans' kids to "express themselves creatively."

Children will learn about all aspects of theatre, from auditioning to putting on a play. They will write their own play, create characters, rehearse it and have a final performance open to the public at La Nuit Comedy Theater on the Friday evening of their week at camp at 5:00pm.

La Nuit's Summer Acting Camp will consist of 4 weekly sessions:

June 28 -July 2 for ages 4-7
July 12-16 for ages 8-12
July 26-30 for ages 4-7
August 2-6 for ages 8-12

Cost is $125.00 for one week session from 9am -3pm. Aftercare provided for $10.00 per hour until 6:00pm. All supplies and costumes are included in cost. Participants should bring a lunch and a snack.
