Auditions are being held at the PGL Civil War Drill Hall Theater, 130 Grand Avenue, Leonia, NJ. Please bring a Picture and Resume if you have one.

Cliche’, by Keith Whalen , directed by Frank Farrell -
(10-12 Minutes) - HE (M), any age; SHE (F), any age; COP (M/F), any age; (Comedy). A stressed man in danger of losing his job sits down on a park bench and pours his heart out to a stranger, only to become exasperated with her unusual way of speaking.

Under The Table, by Keith Whalen, directed by Terri Caust -
(10-12 Minutes) - CHARACTERS: MICK (M), 65-80; BECCA (F), 35-50; CATHY (F), 65-80 ;(Comedy). Parents want the best for their children and grandchildren. Sometimes their methods don't mesh. They can even be devious about getting their point across

The Three Husbands of Sarah Tilbury, by Conor Casey, directed by Dori Persson - (25+ Minutes) - Characters:
Archibald Tilbury: (M, 50-70+) retired navy officer and widower, desperate to find a suitor for his eldest daughter

Lilly Tilbury: (F, youngest of 2 sisters age TBD) : A dreamer and romantic, slightly detached from reality. (Creative casting a possibility)

Sarah Tilbury:(F, older of two sisters) A beautiful and intelligent woman with a dark and dour demeanor. Not without charm, however.

Captain Covington: (M, 30-45): An arrogant Navy captain, looking to settle down.

Brief Synopsis: The Three Husbands of Sarah Tilbury is a dark comedy set in 1880’s Victorian Era, London, England. A restless father is trying to marry off his eldest daughter who has a suspicious past. The eccentricities of the Tilbury family unfold a history that is a mix of macabre humor and emotional depth, exposing the absurdity of life’s tragedies. A taste of Quick English Humor at its darkest.

Jolly Wally, by Chris Widney , directed by Frank Farrell
- (10-12 Minutes) - Characters: 2 female, 1 male. JOLLY WALLY: A young walrus in his prime. MOLLY: A skeptical female walrus also in her prime. DOT: A perky trainer and performer dressed vaguely like Dorothy in "The Wizard Of Oz." (Drama). Fed up with the day to day humiliation of their “act,” a walrus tries to convince her complacent walrus boyfriend to escape from the “SeaLife Aquarium” in Tallahassee.

Hello, My Name is Death, by Michael Gage Costa, directed by Marisa Dolkart . - (25+ Minutes) - 2 Characters - Both PORTER and DEATH can be played by a person who identifies as a man, woman, or another gender identity. It is not important to the story. Age is also mostly open to interpretation. (Drama). This story is intended to be a lighthearted—if darkly comedic—exploration of life, uncertainty, regret, hope, and fear of the unknown
