The St. George Theater Presents Fall Doo Wop Spectacular, 11/10

The leaves are changing and so will the variety of acts at the Fall Doo Wop Spectacular on Saturday, November 10 at the St. George Theater in Staten Island.

Charlie Thomas' Drifters, Gene Chandler and Kenny Vance & The Planotones are just a few artists that will be performing at this SPECTACULAR event! Mesmerizing doo wop vocals will fill the air as acts like Vito Piccone & The Elegants and Lenny Cocco & The Original Chimes take the stage.

In 1988, Charlie Thomas' Drifters (There Goes My Baby) was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame after reaching the top of the charts with songs like Under The Boardwalk and On Broadway. Gene Chandler (The Duke of Earl) is one of many leaders from the 1960's Chicago soul scene and expanded his career as a successful singer songwriter, producer and record executive.

Also appearing are, Vito Piccone & The Elegants (Little Star), Lenny Cocco & The Original Chimes (Once In A While), Kenny Vance & The Planotones (Looking for an Echo) and more!
