The vibrant rhythms and soulful melodies of Brazilian music of Sergio Mendes lives on through The Sergio Mendes Band, led by Gracinha Leporace, brings a spirited tribute to the legendary Sérgio Mendes at bergenPAC located in Englewood on Sunday, June 14 at 7 p.m. This special event marks sixty years since the worldwide debut of Brasil '66, honoring Mendes' enduring impact through a night filled with joy, energy, and musical excellence.

Sérgio Mendes rose to global fame in the 1960s with his group, Brasil '66, and their iconic, chart-topping rendition of "Mas Que Nada." Over his prolific six-decade career, Mendes recorded more than thirty albums, collaborating with some of the world's most celebrated artists and introducing millions to the irresistible rhythms of Brazil. The performance will take place oon Sunday, June 14 at 7:00 p.m. at bergenPAC.
