ReVision Theatre Adds Thursday Nights to Official Start of Weekend, Beg. 6/6 with FORBIDDEN BROADWAY

By: Jun. 02, 2013

It seems that ReVision Theatre of Asbury Park has taken it upon themselves to add Thursday nights to the official start of the weekend. "Why should Friday and Saturday nights have the corner on the FUN market?" said ReVision Theatre. "Who made that rule?" they added. This rare and unprecedented calendar switch-a-roo will start on June 6, 2013 at ReVision Theatre's production of Forbidden Broadway and run every Thursday night that ReVision is running a show this summer.

Some critics have complained that adding a Thursday night to their social calendar caused them to have less time to do things like the laundry, watching television reruns, cooking dinner and having meaningful conversations with their In-Laws. "I'm not allowed to have fun on Thursday night," said Red Bank resident Johnny Boringass. "I sit at my kitchen table and do things on my smart phone on Thursdays." ReVision Theatre says, "Why not? Life is short.

Add another FUN NIGHT to your social calendar and make all of your summer weekend dreams come true this Thursday, June 6th at 7:00PM when the national tour of Forbidden Broadway comes to Asbury Park!"

After a historic and hysterical 30 year run in NYC, Forbidden Broadway is coming to Asbury Park for a one night performance to support ReVision Theatre. For tickets ($25) go to: http://revisiontheatre.tix.com. Performances take place at The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel, 1401 Ocean Ave., Asbury Park, NJ. For more information, call (732) 455-3059 or email info@revisiontheatre.org.
