ReThink Theatrical will return to the Rutgers Gardens for another family-friendly adventure to sing and laugh our way through an original retelling of the classic folk tale: Robin Hood. Written, composed, and directed by Joe Ciampi and Thomas Young with composition and arrangement by Michael Bond, ReThink's newest production will immerse audiences in rich, Appalachian storytelling. In addition to this premiere, folk production, ReThink Theatrical will host a unique event alongside its weekend performances: The Sherwood Festival. The festival will bring local food and drink vendors together with games and activities for the whole family. Confirmed vendor information can be found at http://www.rethinktheatrical.org/.

ReThink Theatrical provides free and accessible storytelling to local communities. With an educational and creative approach, ReThink produces professional-quality theater for everyone. Founded in 2015, ReThink has produced nearly 4 years of engaging shows with minimal budgets, allowing them to use a pay-what-you-wish model for admission. This model allows patrons to give what they can when they can, making the work accessible in cost to all. Ultimately, this company hopes that all people can enjoy and engage in these stories and reimagine the potential that theater has within their community.

This production is appropriate for people of all ages and will require a wristband for entry. Tickets can be reserved at www.reThinkTheatrical.org. Performances are free to the public but ReThink Theatrical invites guests to give a suggested donation of $10 if possible, so that they can continue to create accessible theater for the community.
