The Morris Museum continues its 2016 slate of lectures, performances and events in March with the "New Plays New Jersey Reading Series." Other programs include a tribute concert to cornet legend Bix Beiderbecke; an astronomy lecture; our popular Tea and Treasures lecture series; and a jazz concert featuring Joe Midiri and Paul Midiri,.

New Plays New Jersey Reading Series
March 1 - March 6
Part of the NJTA Stages Festival

This week-long series presents stage readings of new plays by New Jersey playwrights. The event is presented by the Morris Museum, in association with Writers Theatre of New Jersey and the New Jersey Theatre Alliance.

Morris Museum Astronomical Society Meeting

Tea and Treasures Lecture Series

Join Eric Hafen, the Bickford Theatre's Producing Artistic Director, for a look at popular theatre superstitions and mysteries.

This program continues Tea and Treasures, a monthly series that features engaging lectures, great conversation, and light refreshments.

Tickets: $10 per person.

Jazz Showcase
The Midiri Brothers' Spring Fling
Monday, March 21, 8:00PM

Joe Midiri and Paul Midiri lead for the first time on the Bickford Stage, with Dan Tobias (trumpet), Pat Mercuri (guitar), Jack Hegyi (bass), and Jim Lawlor (drums).

Tickets: $15 in advance, $18 at the door.
