A handsome young prince is turned into a frog and only a princess can set him free. Join Kaleidoscope Theatre at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre for a colorful, musical version of the fairy tale classic, "The Frog Prince," on Saturday, April 25 at 2 and 4 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on the college's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.

Young Prince Noble is in the midst of a terrible day. A smelly gypsy woman has fallen in love with him and then he gets pushed down a well where he is transformed into an icky green frog. But a happy ending awaits - if Prince Noble can learn a lesson in humility and win the heart of the lovely Princess Cassandra. With intertwining stories and amusing plot twists, this clever adaptation of the Brothers Grimm tale will keep young audiences delighted and engaged.

Based in Cranston, Rhode Island, Kaleidoscope Theatre is a professional touring company founded in 1977 that performs educational plays and theatrical workshops for students from elementary to high school. This award-winning troupe earned a Rhode Island Achievement Award and was named Best Children's Theatre by Rhode Island Monthly magazine.
