Crossroads Theatre Company Holds Auditions for the Role of Travis Younger for A RAISIN IN THE SUN

The Tony-Award® winning Crossroads Theatre Company will be holding open-call auditions for the role of Travis Younger in A RAISIN IN THE SUN, which opens on April 14th and runs through May 1st.

Travis Younger is an African-American 10 year-old boy, the son of Walter Lee and Ruth Younger. He is a spirited, energetic youth who is the apple of his grandmother's eye.

Auditions will be held on Saturday, February 26th starting at 8am. A reading from the script will be provided. Please bring a resume and picture. Call 732-545-8100 to schedule an appointment.

Rehearsals begin on March 21st, 2011 and will be held in New Brunswick.

Performance dates are April 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 at 8pm; April 17, 23, 24 and May 1 at 3pm; April 20, 21, 27, 28 at 10am.
