CARNAVAL Extends Through 3/17 at Luna Stage
Luna Stage has announced that due to critical acclaim and popular demand, the run of the world premiere of Carnaval by Obie-Award winning playwright Nikkole Salter has been extended through March 17th.
Thus far Carnaval has been called "an emotionally ambitious work" by The New York Times, "rewarding" and "absorbing" by The Star Ledger, and "a riveting original script, directed with clarity and confidently performed with a strong sense of truth" by The Pascack Valley Community Life . [Q] On Stage says that "Nikkole Salter has written a remarkable play that is tremendous in scope."
Carnaval runs Thursdays at 7:30pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 3pm through March 17th. Please note: There will be no performance on Thursday, March 14th and there will be an extra, added matinee performance on Saturday, March 16th at 2pm.
Tickets are $25 for Thursday performances and $35 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday performances. Tickets may be purchased online at www.lunastage.org, by calling 973-395-5551 or in person Tuesday through Friday from 10am - 3pm.
