Bergen Performing Arts Center (BergenPAC) has announced its annual High School Awards show. This event celebrates the talents of students and staff from high schools across New Jersey.
The event provides a platform for young performers and dedicated theater educators in the state. The BergenPAC High School Awards show will showcase productions from over 70 high schools throughout New Jersey, making this year’s event the largest and most inclusive yet.
The annual ceremony is designed to honor the dedication of students and staff who bring musical theater to life on high school stages. Performers, crew members, directors, and educators are all recognized for their achievements. Award categories include Best Musical, Best Actor and Actress, Best Ensemble, Technical Excellence, and more.
Alexander Diaz, Executive Director at bergenPAC expressed, “Each year, the High School Awards show demonstrates the incredible passion and talent found within our schools,” said a BergenPAC organizer. “We are thrilled to provide a platform where young artists can shine and be recognized for their hard work and creativity.”
This year's ceremony will take place on June 8, at 7:00 PM at BergenPAC, located at 30 North Van Brunt Street in Englewood NJ. Tickets can be purchased at bergenPAC's website.
