An Evening With Linda Eder Comes to NJPAC

Since her victory 30 years ago on television's Star Search (during which she won for an unprecedented 12 weeks in a row), Linda Eder has developed into one of the most powerful and versatile voices of her generation, with a diverse repertoire that spans musical theater, American standards, pop, country, jazz and more.

She made her Broadway debut in Jekyll & Hyde (for which she earned a Drama Desk Award nomination), has earned acclaim for 16 solo recordings, and has become a regular on PBS in top-rated specials like Hallelujah Broadway, Best of Broadway, and her own Linda Eder: The PBS Concert. She also continues to perform sold-out concerts at many of the country's most prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, the Palace Theatre, and Radio City Music Hall, to name a few.

The American Song series at NJPAC is presented, in part, through the generous support of the Blanche and Irving Laurie Foundation, the David S. Steiner and Sylvia Steiner Charitable Trust, and the Joan and Allen Bildner Family Fund.
