The charismatic choreographer and dancer MYRIAM ALLARD and the singer and director HEDI GRAJA proudly present their reinvented flamenco in a new piece entitled Moi&lesAutres. In this solo that involves close communication with the musicians, themselves actively committed to the choreography, the female dancer presents a spirited variation on the sometimes difficult art of communication and the impression that the other leaves on an individual. And here the other is the human spirit, music, singing and the video images accompanying the movement. The flamenco subtly influences the almost cinematic musical composition of the guitarist Caroline Planté. Although devoid of its traditional costumes and forms, the dance burns brightly with sincerity and depth, the intensity of the dancer’s presence and the powerful emotions it generates. A much anticipated event.
