Rainbow Summer is a free music and art festival offering live music, interactive art installations, and free creative activities for the Milwaukee community. Soul Night features a performance by The Soul Rebels on the covered stage of Peck Pavilion. The festival grounds also include family activities and vendors on the South Lawn, as well as family-friendly activations along the riverwalk.
