Monty Python's Spamalot is the Tony Award-winning musical comedy lovingly ripped from the film classic Monty Python and the Holy Grail, featuring a book and lyrics by Eric Idle and music by John Du Prez and Eric Idle. The original Broadway production, which first opened in 2005, was nominated for 14 Tony Awards and won three, including Best Musical. The national tour cast includes Major Attaway as King Arthur, Amanda Robles as The Lady of the Lake, Sean Bell as Sir Robin, Chris Collins-Pisano as Sir Lancelot, Ellis C. Dawson III as Sir Bedevere, Leo Roberts as Sir Galahad, Blake Segal as Patsy, and Steven Telsey as The Historian/Prince Herbert. The show features well-known songs including Always Look on the Bright Side of Life, The Song That Goes Like This, and Find Your Grail, along with flying cows, killer rabbits, and dancing girls.
