The Man of La Mancha at Birmingham Village Players

The mission of the Village Players of Birmingham is to produce plays, to study drama, play direction, costuming and scenery design, to encourage the writing of plays and to promote interest in the theater arts. Birmingham Village Players offers opportunities for adults and youth to participate in all aspects of the theater arts. This includes, but is not limited to, performing on stage, working behind the scenes as part of a production team, writing original plays, and supporting a youth theatre program. In our typical season we present five (5) major productions annually, which usually consist of 2 or 3 musicals and 2 or 3 non-musicals. Each production has ten (10) performances spread out over three weekends with shows on Friday and Saturday nights and a Sunday matinee. We also have one Thursday evening performance.
