PIPPIN Will Come to Center Stage Theatre This Weekend
Jason Briggs and Jared Kaufman lead Stephen Schwartz's classic musical, directed by Joshua Abram Lloyd
Midland Center for the Arts will present Center Stage Theatre’s production of PIPPIN, running April 24 through May 3, 2026.
Led by a dazzling troupe and their charismatic Leading Player, PIPPIN dives into adventure, romance, and ambition as its title character searches for something extraordinary. Featuring beloved musical theatre favorites including “Corner of the Sky” and “Magic to Do,” this Broadway hit with an unforgettable score by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Roger O. Hirson, is a bold, high-energy musical.
The cast features Jason Briggs as Leading Player, Jared Kaufman as Pippin, Justin Radlinski as Charles, Brady Warsaw as Lewis, Megan Krause as Fastrada, Trena Winans as Berthe, Brianne Dolney-Jacobs as Catherine, and Mia Krause as Theo. The ensemble features Olivia DeLano, Faith Dore, Gloria Heye, Danielle Katsoulos, Gina Kearly, Elizabeth McLeod, Analia Medel, Sadie Spees, Kevin Thrasher, Kellen Williamson, and Alex Woody.
Music and lyrics for PIPPIN are by Stephen Schwartz, with a book by Roger O. Hirson. Center Stage Theatre’s production is directed by Joshua Abram Lloyd, with choreography by Trena Winans and Megan Krause, and music direction by Mike Skutt.
PIPPIN runs for two weekends of performances: April 24 - 26 and April 30 - May 3, 2026. The Thursday, April 30 performance has the best ticket availability.
