Stage Time on September 4 will feature comedian and M.C. Mark Sweetman, local raggedy folk music man Rollie Tussing. pianist Will "Willy the Barber" Bennett, and Boyer the Magic Guy, as well as some of the best up and coming, and established standup comics. Go to www.emergentarts.com for complete information.

September 11 Stage Time will include Mark Sweetman, the somewhat off center musings of humorist Steve Elliott, pianist Will "Willy the Barber" Bennett, Boyer the Magic Guy, and more great comics!

The Madhouse believes in art for art's sake. Organized chaos, it's a little Bohemian, a little mad, intelligent and creative. A new home for music, poetry, storytelling, comedy, live art, and sideshow, the space at 1436 East Michigan Ave. is being developed as a gallery, studio, community art/writing/music space, used books store, consignment shop, and to serve the community through community outreach programs.
